Kefir - Photo Tutorial

Back to making kefir.  Yummy slightly sour, slightly bubbly fermented milk drink mostly resembling drinkable (thin) yogurt.  The grains are a combination of live bacterias and yeasts that eat lactose (milk sugars) in the milk.
